The original main house, today the refuge of the Roca Suite and the 1830 Restaurant, dates back to the 19th century and was remodeled upon the request of Julio Argentino Roca, twice President of Argentina, who wanted the estancia to be his summer residence. The exotic park, designed by Charles Thays in 1900, with its artificial lake and the surrounding mountains, creates a beautiful, harmonious and unique setting.

Roca Suite
Located in the original main house, the General’s bedroom has been carefully and delicately restored, preserving its architecture and original layout. Ideal for all those who wish to travel through history.

Villa Antiguo Lavadero
This is one of the most charming buildings on the estancia and one that visitors are most curious about. The building dates back to the end of the 19th century and was originally used for the estancia’s washing and ironing. Its old washing basins are intact and preserved. The suite is located at one end of the hotel, and offers a private garden surrounded by old roses and a special grove that captivate visitors with its vivid colors.

The Bride’s Suite
Located in Villa Clara, a former indoor swimming pool for women, its name evokes Clara Funes, wife of Julio A. Roca. It is a true haven of relaxation, equipped with large and welcoming rooms, a spacious bathroom and a private gallery with a panoramic view of the golf course, the orchard and the great variety of old roses that embellish its surroundings.

Entre Pircas
To enhance the connection with nature, Verbenas, Amapolas, Petunias, Lirios, Salvias and Malvas are located away from the original main house, immersed in the park of the estancia. With internal patios, views of the lake and contemporary architecture, they become the ideal place for those looking for a different experience.

Garden
Tipas, Olivos and Ceibos are located in one of the blocks adjacent to the original main house, in a garden framed by a century-old tipa and views of the final holes of the golf course. Their wood cladding gives them an unmatched warmth. Agapantos, Lavandas and Camelias are located in the old ranch of the Estancia, remodeled to provide maximum comfort to our guests. One of them still has its original brick ceiling.

Bouquet
The Albertine and Mary Rose rooms, named after the old roses that perfume and decorate their surroundings, are located in Villa Clara, the former indoor women’s swimming pool, which Julio Argentino Roca (junior) turned into a guest house in the mid-20th century. Cosmos, Magnolia and Madre Selva are located at the end of the estancia. Their wooden paneling creates a cozy atmosphere, perfect for enjoying long moments of peace.
