The restaurant of the estancia is located within the original main house, which displays part of its history on its walls. Its menu is updated every season, with the premise of using natural ingredients obtained from our orchard. Thus, traditional local recipes are reinterpreted through signature cuisine. In addition, at the Rincón de Fuegos, on the shores of the lake, you can be a part of the ritual of cooking meat over an open fire.

The most elegant dining venue of Estancia La Paz Hotel can be found at the original main house. Its menu combines techniques from the most modern signature cuisine with typically Argentine flavors. It is updated every season, since the concept that prevails is to work with fresh products. We also have a Rincón Criollo on the shores of the lake, so that our guests can taste various cuts of Argentine meat cooked over an open fire.

Los Troncos Bar
Located in the modern Club House of Estancia La Paz Golf, Los Troncos is a much more relaxed place. Sandwiches, regional cheese and cold cuts, cakes, and a wide variety of salads are part of the range of options offered daily. On Saturdays, this offer is complemented with the traditional “Menu for Golfers”: assorted grilled beef with sides such as scrambled eggs Gramajo style, smashed potatoes or caramelized sweet potatoes.
